How You Drive Impact
As a Customer Success & Communications Manager, you drive engagement and build trust with our impact investor community, ensuring they remain a vital source of funding for ecoligo’s impactful projects.
In this role, you are responsible for managing communications and relationships with current and potential impact investors, guiding them through every stage of the investment journey. You align closely with internal teams to ensure investor needs and expectations are met, while continuously improving the customer experience across all touchpoints. You oversee and optimize key processes related to investor communication as you are a strategic voice in shaping how ecoligo presents its mission, impact, and investment opportunities towards our impact investors. As the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and feedback, you ensure smooth, transparent communication and contribute to building long-term relationships, which will support us to grow our community of impact-driven investors.
Strategic Objectives
1. Strengthen investor engagement and retention – Foster a loyal community of impact investors by delivering personalized, transparent, and value-driven communication that builds long-term trust and repeat investment behavior. Develop and implement strategies that deepen engagement with ecoligo’s impact investor community, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, trust, and long-term commitment.
2. Optimize investor communication and investment journey – Continuously enhance communication workflows and touch-points throughout the investor lifecycle — from onboarding to reinvestment — ensuring a seamless, consistent, and satisfying experience. Map, evaluate, and improve all touch-points in the investment journey to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and impactful experience from first contact to reinvestment.
3. Support design of investor communication aligned with ecoligo’s mission – Assist in positioning ecoligo’s impact, values, and sustainability goals at the heart of investor communications. Help design and refine campaigns aimed at engaging new investors, reactivating dormant ones, and encouraging continued investments. Ensure that all communication reflects ecoligo’s mission authentically and supports the emotional connection between the company and its investor community. Work collaboratively to ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent, reinforcing ecoligo’s brand identity while fostering investor alignment with our goals.
4. Enable scalable growth through process innovation – Design and implement scalable communication processes and tools that support the efficient growth of ecoligo’s investor base, while maintaining high-quality interactions and support.
Foundational Objectives
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with impact investors – Establish trust-based, long-term relationships with both current and potential investors by serving as their main point of contact and guiding them through each stage of the investment journey. Ensure that every interaction is supportive, transparent, and aligned with their values and expectations.
2. Optimize communication processes and investor journeys – Map the entire investor journey, identify gaps or friction points in communication, and redesign workflows to streamline each stage — from onboarding to reinvestment. Implement tools and processes that ensure timely, personalized, and consistent messaging. Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize based on investor feedback and data insights.
3. Collaborate across teams to ensure strategic alignment – Act as a central coordinator between internal teams and external service providers. Ensure that all investor-related communications are strategically aligned with ecoligo’s project timelines, funding needs, and brand messaging. Foster clear, consistent collaboration to deliver a seamless investor experience and support broader business goals.
4. Leverage data & investor insights to drive continuous improvement – Collect, analyze, and interpret investor feedback and behavior to inform communication strategies, improve processes, and enhance the overall investor experience. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, anticipate needs, and support decision-making that strengthens engagement, increases retention, and supports ecoligo’s impact and funding goals.
Language skills: Excellent communication in written and spoken German and English is a must, Dutch and/or French are a plus.
