The role

Zur Verstärkung unseres internationalen Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Team Lead Investor Relations (w/m/x), der den Ausbau unserer Fundraising-Aktivitäten für gewerbliche und industrielle (C&I) Solarportfolios maßgeblich mitgestaltet.
Die Position berichtet direkt an den Chief Investment Officer und umfasst Verantwortung in den Bereichen Reporting, Fundraising und Investorenmanagement. In dieser Rolle leistest du einen wesentlichen Beitrag dazu, ecoligo als führenden Anbieter bezahlbarer, sauberer Energielösungen für KMU in Lateinamerika und Afrika weiter zu etablieren. Zudem verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung unserer eigenen Investor Impact Platform (www.ecoligo.com).

Unser idealer Kandidat bringt fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Investor Relations mit, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Privatanleger und Crowdfunding. Du verbindest Führungskompetenz mit einem klaren, strukturierten Kommunikationsstil.

Strategic Objectives

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Leitung eines kleinen Teams von vier Mitarbeitenden. Wenn du unsere Mission zur Bekämpfung des Klimawandels erstrebenswert findest und du dich für das Geschäftsmodell von ecoligo begeisterst, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung. Als Senior Manager Private Investors leistest du einen direkten Beitrag dazu, dass ecoligo Unternehmen weltweit den Umstieg auf saubere Energie ermöglicht. Durch die Strukturierung und Platzierung von Investitionen privater Anleger schaffst du die finanzielle Grundlage für den Ausbau unserer Projekte.
Du verantwortest das Management bestehender Investments sowie die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer Privatanleger-Community. Dabei stärkst du die Bindung bestehender Investoren und baust unsere Investorenbasis gezielt aus.
Mit deinem strategischen Blick, deiner Führungserfahrung und deiner Expertise im Investor Management trägst du maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer nachhaltigen Investmentplattform bei.
In dieser Rolle geht es nicht nur um Verwaltung, sondern darum, Wachstum aktiv zu gestalten und Innovation voranzutreiben.

Objectives

Markt- und kundenorientierte Produktstrategie
Du entwickelst unsere Finanzprodukte marktgerecht weiter und richtest sie an den Bedürfnissen und Risikoprofilen unserer Privatanleger aus.
Regulierung und Risikomanagement
Du stellst die Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben sicher und sorgst für transparente Gebühren- und Anlageprozesse.
Investor Experience & Bindung:
Dein Fokus liegt auf dem Aufbau nachhaltiger Investorenbeziehungen und der Weiterentwicklung eines erfolgreichen Privatanleger-Portfolios.
Projektmanagement im Anlegerkapital
Du steuerst den gesamten Lebenszyklus des Anlegerkapitals: vom Onboarding bis zur laufenden Berichterstattung.
Vertrieb und Kanalentwicklung
Du optimierst den Vertrieb unserer Finanzprodukte über unsere Plattform, Drittanbieter und weitere relevante Kanäle.

Key skills to drive impact

Du verfügst über einen relevanten Hochschulabschluss und mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
Erfahrung in Investor Relations und im Crowdfunding-Umfeld bringst du idealerweise mit - inklusive eines guten Verständnisses der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen; Kenntnisse in der Kreditstrukturierung sind wünschenswert.
Du arbeitest eigenständig, priorisierst und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick.
Erfahrung in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld ist ein Plus.
Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (Englisch ist unsere tägliche Arbeitssprache, Deutsch essenziell für die Investorenkommunikation).
Du hast Führungserfahrung, delegierst klar und schaffst ein produktives, unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld.
Mit starken Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten überzeugst du Privatanleger und vermittelst auch komplexe Finanzthemen verständlich.
Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Regulierung, Compliance und Risikobewertung im Kontext von Privatanlegern mit.
Analytisches Denken, ein sicherer Umgang mit Daten sowie die Fähigkeit, Markttrends strategisch einzuordnen, zeichnen dich aus.
Herausforderungen gehst du proaktiv an und entwickelst pragmatische, tragfähige Lösungen.

The role

Our international team is looking for an ambitious and energetic Team Lead Investor Relations (f/m/x) to support the fundraising initiatives for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar portfolios. This role will report directly to the Chief Investment Officer with responsibilities in reporting, fundraising, and investor management. This person will be an essential part of ecoligo’s drive to be a leading provider of affordable, clean energy solutions for SMEs in Latin America and Africa. You will be responsible for managing our own Investor Impact Platform (www.ecoligo.com).

Our ideal candidate has relevant experience in investor relations and specifically with retail investments through crowdfunding. You combine your strong managerial skills with an effective and clear communication style. We are looking for a hands-one manager that can navigate through the complexity of the crowd investing landscape. You will be responsible for leading a small team of 4 professionals.

In this role you will

As the Head of Private Investor Platform, your contributions will directly impact ecoligo’s ability to enable businesses worldwide to switch to clean energy today. By securing and structuring investments from retail investors, you will enable the deployment of clean energy solutions. You play a pivotal role in managing investments and nurturing relationships with retail investors. You excel in understanding and engaging with our retail investor community, fostering loyalty and expanding our investor base. Your strategic insights, managerial capabilities and investor management skills will empower ecoligo to create a sustainable investment platform, meet growing energy demands, and ultimately contribute to a more sustainable future. Your role is not just about managing retail investors—it's about driving innovation and growth.

Objectives

Market & customer focused product strategy. Develop and align financial products with investor needs and risk profiles.
Regulatory & Risk Management. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining transparent fee structures & investment practices.
Customer Experience & Engagement. Focus on building long-term investor relationships, resulting in a high performing retail investment portfolio.
Project Management: Managing the full cycle of investor capital management, from onboarding to project and financial reporting.
Sales & Distribution: optimise the distribution of financial products through ecoligo’s proprietary platform, third party distributors and other relevant channels.

Your skills

Relevant degree is required, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Prior working experience in investor relations and with crowdfunding is highly desired, including an understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape. Understanding of loan structuring desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in an international company is a plus.
Fluent in German and English (English is our daily working language and German is required for investor communication).
Leadership & People Management. Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain accountability while creating a supportive and productive work environment.
Relationship Management. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with and articulate complex financial concepts to retail investors.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance and risk assessment affecting retail investments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
Problem-solving. Capacity to anticipate and address challenges proactively, developing innovative and practical solutions to ensure project and operational success.
